Integrated Solutions

Intecon prides itself in providing solutions that make the management of payment instructions as efficient as possible for all our Customers operating in various industries.

The term "Integration" essentially means that the client information contained within the businesses Management System is electronically supplied to Intecon in a defined format in order to create the required deductions. Moreover, the responses received back from Intecon can then be automatically, electronically and seamlessly be posted or imported into the Management System.

Varying levels of Integrations are supported for all of Intecon's range of solutions:

ALLPS-i

A complete Web-Services integration is supported for the creation and maintenance of deduction instructions. Intecon will then supply responses for both successful and failed deductions. The responses supplied for failed transaction will then allow the ALLPS-i User to take the required action while the successfully collected responses can be posted automatically by the Management System.

INSOWEB

The ability to import a file that is exported in a pre-defined file format from the Management System for the creation of deductions is supported with all the required reporting is available through the INSOWEB solution.

INSO123

A full file import / export integration is supported via an SFTP environment for the creation and maintenance of deduction instructions. Intecon will then supply responses for both successful and failed deductions in a specified file format. The responses supplied for failed transaction will then allow the INSO123 User to take the required action while the successfully collected responses can be posted automatically by the Management System.

The benefits of an integrated electronic solution are:

  • The information contained in the Management System and the Collection system are identical
  • Deductions are created more accurately and efficiently as the information required by Intecon to create the deductions are populated from the information contained in the Management System
  • The posting of receipts is done on an automated basis and therefore it improves accuracy, speeds up and limits the amount of manpower required to perform this function.

Intecon has an open integration policy; that is to say that we will integrate with any third party upon the receipt of a non-disclosure agreement.

Intecon has implemented integrations with the top-selling Debtor Management Systems in the Credit Granting Industry which are listed on the related Links page. Moreover a large number of our Customers have successfully implemented integrations for their privately owned Debtor Management Systems or core Management Systems used outside of the Credit Granting Industry.
